If you have multiple modules, your customers will be able to select the relevant module when they submit a request using the feedback form.
If the "Modules" section doesn't appear for a customer, then it's probably because they are only assigned to one module, and as a result all of their feedback will be assigned to that one module.
If this is the case, and you want to assign a customer to other modules, you can follow the instructions here.
