To make the most of Receptive, we recommend you invite all of your customers into Receptive so you can gather as much feedback, and as many priorities, as possible.
You should start by adding customers to Receptive. The easiest way is to integrate your product with Receptive, meaning customers will be automatically added. You can also use SAML SSO, or manually invite them in.
You can launch Receptive with your customers by announcing what Receptive is, how you'll use it, and why it's so beneficial. An effective way of doing this is to create a Product Feedback Policy.
You can spread the word with an engagement email and via your blog, site, and social media. We also recommend running a mini webinar to explain Receptive - you can find a template here.
Once you've launched Receptive to your customers, follow these best practices to keep engagement up.
