2. Prepare your backlog for import
Once you have access to your account you'll want to import your backlog and populate a few items on your roadmap + release log, so now's a good time to get this file ready. (Don't forget you can import modules + tags!)
3. Draft your feedback policy
We have a feedback policy template which takes care of most of the upfront customer + team onboarding for you, so now's a good time to get this ready to publish.
