How can I prevent MRR from influencing the reports?

Sometimes, you don't necessarily want to factor the MRR of a customer into your decision making. The predefined "Customer SmartList" takes several factors into account, one of which is MRR, and so this could skew your data if you're actively trying to ignore it.

There is another SmartList you can use called "Customer Priorities".


This list will show you the biggest priorities for your customers, much like the "Customer SmartList", only this list does not take MRR into account.

Alternatively, you can use the "Advanced" tab to tweak it yourself for any report. Go to "Account filters", then "Account monthly value" and then select "Ignore".
