What is the customer engagement email?
In two clicks you can send a 100% personalized email to each of your customers, encouraging them to use Receptive and improving the amount and quality of your feature feedback data.
It’s also a great way to ask customers to review their priorities, highlight progress you have made and show what you are currently working on.
What information is sent to my customers?
The engagement email includes:
- Recent releases
- Features you are currently gathering feedback on
- Customer's current priorities
How do I send a customer engagement email?
Log into your Receptive account, go to the settings icon and click “Customers”.
Click the “Engage more customers” button.
Click "Preview emails".
You will then see the email template.
Can I edit the template?
Yes. You can edit the following information:
- Subject line
The section of the template that states [ personlised content for your customer goes here ] includes:
- Recent releases
- Features you are gathering feedback on
- List of customer's current priorities
Can I preview the emails?
Yes. Simply click the “preview emails” button above the template.
Can I edit how many days of releases I would like to include in the email?
Yes. In the template you will see a box where you can define the numbers of days worth of releases you would like to share with your customers. The default is all public releases made in the last 30 days.
How do I send the email?
Simply click “Send to XXXX users now” and your email will be sent.
