How do I use Receptive without giving customers access?

Receptive can easily be used without giving customers access to the platform. We highly recommend integrating so you can add customers to feature requests and prioritize on their behalf.

The setup

It’s really easy to set Receptive up to be used internally only.

Step 1 - Integrate our small JavaScipt snippet but do not add a button or link to give your customers access. Doing this means we get all the data we need but the customers will have no visibilty of Receptive.

Step 2 - Disable email notification sent to customers.

To do this, log into your Receptive account, go to Settings and check the Disable email notifications for customersbox.
