Why is this important?
While listening to what your customers want is important, they shouldn't be the only source of feedback. Your internal teams will also have ideas, and you need to make sure you collect them.
How do I invite all my teams in?
Click "Settings" on the left-hand navigation. Then select "Manage Team".
Click on the "Invite team member" button. This will display the following pop-up:
Fill in the details of your team member using those fields above.
The user you have added will then receive an invitation to join their Receptive account.
