If you have integrated with Receptive you can add customers to requests on their behalf. It’s especially helpful to be able to do this when you are on the phone or in a meeting with a customer.
If you haven't integrated with Receptive you can invite a customer, and then tie them to a request.
How to add a customer to a request
Go to the request in Receptive and click "Add user" in the "Request actions" box on the right-hand side.
Start typing their name (not the company name) and then select it from the drop-down list which will appear.
If you give customers access to Receptive, the request you have added them to will appear in their dashboard for them to prioritize.
