How to add a customer to an existing feature request

If you have integrated with Receptive you can add customers to feature requests on their behalf. It’s especially helpful to be able to do this when you are on the phone or in a meeting with a customer.

If you haven't integrated with Receptive you can invite a customer, and then tie them to a request.

How to add a customer to a feature request

Simply go to the feature request in Receptive and click Add Customer in the feature feedback panel

Start typing their name (not the company name) and select from the drop-down list which will appear:

If you give customers access to Receptive, the feature you have added them to will appear in their dashboard for them to prioritize.
