How to introduce your team members to Receptive

When you're ready to invite your team members into your Receptive account, you'll want to tell them:

  • What Receptive is
  • Why it's so beneficial to them
  • How to find & use it
  • What they can expect

A New Way of Handling Feedback

At [COMPANY] we take feedback very seriously. We realize the importance of harnessing ideas both externally (our customers) and internally (you and your team).

As a result, we'll be using Receptive. It's software that enables us to easily collect and manage feedback directly from our customers, our prospects, and our employees. And that's where you come in.

We value your ideas and we know that a lot of you are itching to tell us how we can improve our product. Now you have the chance.

You can use Receptive to submit your own ideas, view and vote on other people's ideas, and have a say in how we choose to develop our product. This improves transparency, saves a lot of time and effort, and ultimately will lead to a better product in future.

We've created a new Product Feedback Policy which will help you learn more about the kind of feedback we're looking for, and what we'll do with your ideas.

View our policy here: [LINK TO YOUR PFP].

We look forward to seeing your ideas!

Product Feedback Policy

Create your Product Feedback Policy and share with your teams so they know what your goals are with Receptive, what to add, and what you're going to do with the feedback.

Share these resources with each of your teams:

Create a CEO video [optional]

Have your CEO record a 1-2 minute video explaining what Receptive is, what your goals are with Receptive, and how it will benefit your company.

This is very powerful because the message is about the benefits of using your software and is coming directly from the leadership team.

It can take a little organizing but the time spent is worth the effort for the amount of buy-in & engagement that is created. Share this with your whole company (and customers!)

Here's a great example of our customer Planet DDS and their manager explaining what receptive is:
