There are two different views in Receptive, and as a team member you'll have access to both:
Your customers will only have access to one view:
The team view has additional options including Browse, Reports, and a menu item in the top right hand corner with Settings, Customers, Team Members, etc.

If you see your logo in the top left hand corner, clicking "suggest" in the left navigation will allow you submit a request to your product team.

How to switch between the views
To submit feedback for our product team, click the menu button in the top-right-hand corner and select "Give us feedback".
Now you're a customer in our dashboard, where you can easily submit new requests, vote on other requests, and update your priorities.
Your customer view comes in the form of the full-page portal or the embedded widget.
This is what you see when you go to "Give us feedback" in the drop down menu, but your customers will see your logo, colors and brand name.
You have the option to embed Receptive into your product, allowing your customers to provide feedback without leaving your product.
If you have the embedded widget switched on, then your customers will see a button or your own link:
When clicked, the tab will expand over your product which your customer can then use to provide feedback and view requests.
